Born & raised in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York working a small dairy farm, Scott quickly developed a strong work ethic and began to understand the value of real estate and finance. After college, Scott put a few years in with a mutual fund/insurance company, allowing him to expand his knowledge in investing and eventually real estate. Scott moved to Wilmington in 1994 with his wife(and now, 2 small children) and have enjoyed seeing all the exciting changes to Wilmington including the real estate market. Scott began buying "fixer uppers" and eventually tried his hand at commercial and subdividing. After a fairly successful first couple of years in the Real Estate marketplace, Scott decided to help others with his experience and knowledge.
