When moving from the Cincinnati area in 1992, my husband and I wanted a quaint yet vibrant community close to the beach. Our 3 children now plan their vacations here with our 3 grand children. Wilmington is such a wonderful paradise to call home. Having been a realtor for 23 years, I have learned that many of my priorities mirror those of my clients.
